I started my career leading sales teams, where I learned that empathy and EQ drive real performance. That insight led me into learning design — from retail to tech to graduate study, and ultimately to consulting with a Global Tech company's leadership programs with Everbright in San Francisco.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong musician and collaborator—habits that quietly inform how I think about rhythm, structure, and attention in learning.
